چکیده

This study aimed to assess the chemical responses of forage watermelon fruit at different maturity stages or storage lengths, performing two experimental tests. In first test, four were assessed: 30, 45, 60, and 75 days after anthesis, with replicates. second fruits maintained under three lengths: T1D (harvest day), T3M (3 months harvest), T6M (6 eight Experimental design was completely randomized in both Fruit stage did not affect crude protein, total carbohydrate, neutral detergent fiber, vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), pulp firmness, soluble solids content pectin content, but increased acid fiber from 45 anthesis. Storage length up six harvest ash, protein IVDMD, reduced solids. Forage can be harvested 30 anthesis equivalent - 120 planting, they stored tree shade 6 harvest.

Chemical Composition and Anti-acetylcholinesterase Activity of Flower Essential Oils of Artemisia annua at Different Flowering Stage

The chemical composition of the essential oils of flower at the pre-flowering, full-flowering and post-flowering stage of A. annua was analyzed by GC and GC/MS and sixty-two components were identified. The main compounds in the pre-flowering oil were β-myrcene (37.71%), 1, 8-cineole (16.11%) and camphor (14.97%). The full-flowering oil contained predominantly caryophyllene (19.4%), germacrene D...
